Andrea Ranca has been in the property industry for over 20 years and has a wealth of experience with dealing with property and strata management. As General Manager, she leads a small high-performing team to deliver first rate Property Management services across Melbourne. She has extensive industry knowledge coupled with a genuine passion for finding solutions to complex problems. Andrea specialises in strata management – working with clients seeking guidance, honesty, commitment and support to achieve optimal results for committees and property owners.

Matthew enjoys applying a fresh approach, new methodology and innovative direction to strata management. With almost 10 years’ experience as a builder running a construction company and providing strata maintenance services and facilities management, Matthew has a vast knowledge of the industry and best practice. Matthew won the 2016 Urban Development Institute Australia (UDIA) Young Leaders’ Award.

Justin thrives on implementing innovative solutions and driving change to continually provide the highest standard of service for our clients. He brings over 12 years’ experience in the areas of law, public policy and property. Justin began his career as a solicitor where he advised and acted for clients in the areas of property, commercial law and litigation. Justin holds a Bachelor of Social Science (Public Policy and Industrial Relations) from the University of NSW and a Master of Law and Legal Practice from the University Technology Sydney.

Emily is responsible for the overall financial strategy and direction of the company and contributes to strategic planning and forecasting to drive the company’s growth. She also ensures Perpetual Strata complies with all relevant trust accounting and property accounting policies and procedures, inclusive of any client specific policies. Emily holds a Master of Professional Accounting and a CPA membership. She also holds a Master of International Business and a Bachelor of International Economic Relations.

Phillip Denman is Director of Business Operations for PSM Property Solutions, a full suit property services provider. Phillip has over 20 years property experience working with some of Australia’s largest property developers leading teams in Residential Facilities Management, Property Management, Strata Management, Leasing, Sales, Defect Management and Customer Relations. As Director of Business Operations, Phillip’s role is to drive growth across all service offerings of the PSM Property Solutions portfolio with a wholistic business development approach.

Linus joined PSM Property Solutions in 2020 to manage all things compliance within the group, bringing with him extensive experience in customer service and legal transcription services. Linus has studied at the NSW Police Force Academy and is currently studying Business. He looks after insurance, suppliers and fire safety, and has always enjoyed working with customers and clients to achieve excellent outcomes.
